Q: How does Fibbler compare to multi-touch attribution platforms like Dreamdata, HockeyStack, Factors.ai, and Marketo Measure (Bizible)?

Fibbler is different from Dreamdata, HockeyStack, Factors.ai, and Marketo Measure (Bizible) in that those are multi-touch attribution platforms designed to model the full customer journey across every channel. Fibbler takes a focused approach: it specializes in LinkedIn Ads (and soon Google Ads) attribution at the company level. Most teams see campaign-to-pipeline insights within an hour of connecting, compared to weeks of setup with platforms like Dreamdata or HockeyStack. Pricing starts at $89/month with transparent billing, while most competitors use custom enterprise pricing starting in the hundreds or thousands per month. For SMB and mid-market B2B teams where LinkedIn is the primary demand gen channel, Fibbler provides clearer, faster insights without the complexity of configuring a full-stack attribution platform. For enterprise teams running large multi-channel programs with dedicated technical resources, the broader platforms may be a better fit.

Q: How is Fibbler different from ZenABM, Demandsense, Recotap and other LinkedIn Ads specific tools?

Fibbler is one of only 5 companies in the world with access to LinkedIn's Company Intelligence API, a dedicated API built for company-level attribution. It returns all companies that have seen or engaged with your ads with no upper limit, and includes both paid and organic engagement data per company. Most other LinkedIn Ads tools, including ZenABM, Demandsense, and Recotap, rely on LinkedIn's standard AdAnalytics API, which is capped at 15,000 companies per request. In practice, this means Fibbler typically surfaces around 10x more companies from your LinkedIn Ads campaigns. Fibbler is also expanding beyond LinkedIn with Google Ads attribution launching in February 2026, making it a multi-channel B2B attribution platform. Founded in 2024, Fibbler is used by over 2,000 marketers across 400+ businesses and connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, and Attio to provide full-funnel attribution from ad impression to closed revenue.

Q: Do I need a CRM to use Fibbler?

Yes. To see pipeline and revenue attribution, you need to connect a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio). Campaign optimization features like scheduling, impression caps, and audience exclusions work without a CRM connection.

Q: Which CRMs do you support?

We currently support HubSpot, Salesforce, and Attio. Pipedrive is in the short-term roadmap to be integrated.

Q: How long does the first data sync take?

The first LinkedIn Ads sync typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. You will receive an email when it is complete.

Q: How far back does historical data go?

You have 12 months back from when you connect and as you continue using Fibbler, we add one new month every month you stay with us, until a maximum of 24 months of historical data.

Data & Attribution

Q: Why do my numbers look different from LinkedIn Campaign Manager?

Fibbler reports on identified companies, which means company-level totals will be slightly lower than LinkedIn's overall totals. Learn more on our Data Discrepancies page.

Q: How does "influenced pipeline" work?

A deal is marked as influenced when the company associated with that deal had LinkedIn ad touchpoints (impressions, engagements, or clicks depending on your attribution model) before the deal was created in your CRM. Touchpoints that happen after deal creation are not counted in the standard influenced pipeline metric.

Q: Why are renewal deals showing in my reporting?

Fibbler attributes pipeline based on company-level ad exposure and deal creation dates. If renewal deals are appearing, check your selections on the data sources page beneath the CRM integration and make sure you're looking at new business pipeline and the right deal types.

Q: Why did my influenced deal count change?

Influenced deal counts can shift when you change the date range or attribution model. They can also change if deals are updated in your CRM (stage changes, close dates, amounts).

Q: Does Fibbler show individual leads?

No. Fibbler works at the company level. It shows which companies were influenced by your LinkedIn activity and connects that to deals in your CRM. It does not track or show individual leads.

Account & Billing

Q: Can I have multiple LinkedIn Ads accounts in one Fibbler account?

No. Each Fibbler account supports one active ad account. For multiple accounts, upgrade to the Agency plan which includes 2 accounts with a client view to switch between them. Additional accounts are $69/month each.

Q: How many users can I have?

Growth plan: 1 user (=account owner). Unlimited and Agency plans: unlimited users.

Q: What is included in the free trial?

All features for 30 days. No credit card required.

Q: How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Security & Compliance

Q: Where is my data hosted?

All data is hosted in the EU on Google Cloud's infrastructure (European regions). Application services run on Google Cloud and Fly.io.

Q: Are you SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified?

Not yet. We started the SOC 2 and ISO certification process in January 2026. ISO is expected within weeks, SOC 2 within a few months. We have completed an external security audit by Aikido Security in February 2026.

Q: Do you have a DPA and NDA?

Yes. Email support@fibbler.co and we will send it right over.

Q: Does Fibbler process personal data?

No. The only personal data we handle is your email address for account creation. We do not access any PII from your CRM or LinkedIn Ads. We work exclusively with company-level and deal data. We store company ID and domain information for matching purposes, but all other CRM data is fetched in real time via API calls and is not stored.
