Not seeing any data?

If you are not seeing any influenced deals or campaigns, here are the most common reasons:

Your LinkedIn data is still processing

The first LinkedIn sync takes 30 to 60 minutes. Company Insights and Campaign Analytics stay locked until it's done, and we email you when it is. CRM sync and Ad signals unlock after you've loaded your first insights.

Your campaigns are too new

LinkedIn does not report company-level engagement until approximately 3 impressions have been delivered to an individual company. Because Fibbler depends on this company-level data from LinkedIn, campaigns that have not yet reached this threshold will not appear in your dashboard. If your campaigns are recently launched or running at low volume, give them time to accumulate enough impressions for LinkedIn to surface the company data Fibbler needs.

Your CRM is not configured correctly

Make sure you have completed the CRM configuration in Fibbler:

Verify your Pipeline selection (HubSpot and Pipedrive): Confirm that you have selected the correct pipelines in Fibbler. If the wrong pipeline is chosen, Fibbler will not find matching deals. In Pipedrive you can also leave it empty to include all pipelines
Deal Types (HubSpot and Salesforce, optional): If you use Opportunity Types in Salesforce or Deal Types in HubSpot to differentiate between New Business and Upsells, configure this setting. If you are not using it, untick the "We use 'deal types'..." (or "opportunity types") box, or keep "All types (default)"
Check your Closed Won and Closed Lost stage mappings (HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio): Confirm that the correct deal stages are mapped to Closed Won and Closed Lost in Fibbler. Missing or incorrect mappings are a common reason for attribution data not appearing. HubSpot and Salesforce let you map multiple stages to each, Attio takes one stage each, and Pipedrive needs no mapping because won and lost come from the deal status

You use Salesforce on the Growth plan

Salesforce data shows during the free trial and on the Unlimited and Agency plans. On Growth, Salesforce stays connected but no deals show up. Upgrade to Unlimited or Agency to see them again.
