Not seeing any data?

If you are not seeing any influenced deals or campaigns, here are the most common reasons:

Your campaigns are too new

LinkedIn does not report company-level engagement until approximately 3 impressions have been delivered to an individual company. Because Fibbler depends on this company-level data from LinkedIn, campaigns that have not yet reached this threshold will not appear in your dashboard. If your campaigns are recently launched or running at low volume, give them time to accumulate enough impressions for LinkedIn to surface the company data Fibbler needs.

Your CRM is not configured correctly

Make sure you have completed the CRM configuration in Fibbler:

  • Verify your Pipeline selection: Confirm that you have selected the correct pipeline in Fibbler. If the wrong pipeline is chosen, Fibbler will not find matching deals
  • Deal Types (optional): If you use Opportunity Types in Salesforce or Deal Types in HubSpot to differentiate between New Business and Upsells, configure this setting. If you are not using it, leave it blank
  • Check your Closed Won and Closed Lost stage mappings: Confirm that the correct deal stages are mapped to Closed Won and Closed Lost in Fibbler. Missing or incorrect mappings are a common reason for attribution data not appearing. You can map multiple stages to each
