Q: Which tools work with Fibbler MCP?

Any tool that supports the Model Context Protocol. We have tested and documented setup for Claude (web and desktop), ChatGPT, Cursor, and Claude Code. Other MCP-compatible tools should also work using the same endpoint.

Q: Which plans include MCP?

MCP is included on the Unlimited and Agency plans at no additional cost.

Q: Is my data secure when using MCP?

Yes. MCP requests are authenticated with API keys that are hashed using SHA-256 before storage. The full key is only shown once when created. All communication happens over HTTPS and your data never leaves the EU (hosted on Google Cloud). The MCP endpoint only provides read access to your data. It cannot modify, delete, or write anything to your account or CRM.

Q: What data is exposed through MCP?

The same data you see in your Fibbler dashboard: campaign metrics, company engagement data, deal attribution, customer journeys, and Google Ads analytics (if connected). MCP does not expose any data beyond what is already visible in the Fibbler app. No personal data or PII is accessible through MCP.

Q: Does Claude or ChatGPT store my Fibbler data?

That depends on the tool's own data policies, not on Fibbler. Fibbler sends the requested data in response to each MCP call. How the tool handles that data (caching, training, retention) is governed by its own terms of service. Check your provider's data policies if this is a concern.

Q: Can multiple team members use MCP?

Yes. Create a separate API key for each team member or each tool. Each key has its own independent rate limits and can be revoked individually. Only Owners and Admins can create API keys.

Q: Can MCP modify my data or CRM?

No. MCP is read-only. It cannot create, update, or delete anything in your Fibbler account, your CRM, or your ad platforms. It only retrieves data.

Q: Do I need Google Ads connected to use MCP?

No. MCP works with your LinkedIn Ads data and CRM by default. The three Google Ads-specific tools and the channel overlap tool are only available if you have the Google Ads add-on connected.

Q: Is the data real-time?

MCP returns the same data as your Fibbler dashboard. LinkedIn data is synced regularly, and CRM deals are synced incrementally. The data is not live-streamed from LinkedIn or your CRM, but it is kept up to date through regular syncs.
