Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your Fibbler subscription from Settings > Subscription. From there you can upgrade your plan, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription.
Upgrading your plan
To upgrade your plan:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Upgrade Plan"
- Select the package you want to upgrade to
Updating your payment method
To update your payment method (e.g. switch to a different card):
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter your new card details
Canceling your subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
During the cancellation process, you'll be offered the option to book a call with Adam, the Fibbler CEO, to review your data together, in case you haven't had the chance to see the full value of the platform.
Invoices
Invoices are issued through Stripe. Whether you are on monthly or annual billing, you can find your invoices under Settings > Subscription.
