Changing your connected ad account

Fibbler supports one LinkedIn Ads account per Fibbler account. For Google Ads, you can connect more than one ad account. This page covers how to change the connected LinkedIn Ads account, and how connecting Google Ads accounts works.

Changing your LinkedIn Ads account

Changing the connected LinkedIn Ads account currently needs the Fibbler team to action it. Self-serve switching is not available by design (see below).

To request the change, email support@fibbler.co and include:

  • The email address on your Fibbler account
  • The name or ID of the LinkedIn Ads account you want to connect

Why disconnecting and reconnecting doesn't switch the LinkedIn account

Fibbler processes data from the connected LinkedIn Ads account every night. Because of this, disconnecting and reconnecting does not let you pick a different account. The team handles the switch so the change is clean and your historical data stays consistent.

For Google Ads, you can connect more than one ad account. Only the accounts you have the correct access level to under your MCC (manager account) will appear. If an account you expect is missing, check your access level in Google Ads and make sure your user has access to that sub-account under the MCC.
