How to transfer ownership, manage seats, recover access, and delete your account.

Transferring ownership

You can transfer your account to another person, as long as they are already a user on your account. There are two steps:

  1. Invite them to the account if they are not a user yet. In Settings, invite the person by email and let them accept.
  2. Transfer ownership to them from Settings once they are a user on the account.
If the current owner has already left and no one has access, the Fibbler team can help. Email support@fibbler.coand include the account email and the new owner's email.

Locked out by 2FA

If you are locked out by two-factor authentication, contact support@fibbler.co and we will help you regain access. There is no self-serve 2FA reset.

Reducing seats or removing an account

On the Agency plan, you can adjust how many ad accounts you pay for. Remove the users or accounts you no longer need in Settings, and your billing updates accordingly. If you need help reducing seats or removing an account, contact support.

Deleting your account

To delete your account, go to Settings > Danger Zone. Deleting your account removes your data. If you only want to stop syncing data to your CRM, you can disconnect the CRM instead.
