Campaign Analytics

Campaign Analytics shows how your Meta Ads campaigns connect to CRM deals: spend and delivery alongside the companies identified, influenced pipeline, and revenue each one drives. Click any campaign to reveal the warm accounts it is driving.

The campaign view

Meta Ads reports at campaign level. Facebook and Instagram placements belong to the same campaign, so they are reported together rather than split by platform. The table has these columns:

  • Ad Spend: Meta Ads spend for the campaign.
  • Impressions: Meta Ads impressions.
  • Clicks: Clicks, with the average CPC shown underneath.
  • Companies: Companies identified from visits in the period, whether or not they have a matched CRM deal. A measure of reach and prospecting size.
  • Engagements: Meta's post engagements: reactions, comments, shares, and other interactions with the ad.
  • Influenced Pipeline: Value of influenced deals created in the period that aren't closed-won (open and closed-lost), with pipeline efficiency (pipeline divided by spend) shown underneath.
  • Influenced Revenue: Closed-won revenue, with ROAS (revenue divided by spend) shown underneath.
There is no conversions column for Meta Ads. Google reports conversions back to Fibbler and Meta does not, and a column reading zero would say your ads converted nobody when the truth is that we never asked. Engagements are shown instead, and they are never counted as conversions.

The deals behind the numbers

Click the Influenced Pipeline number to see the deals behind it (open and closed-lost), or the Influenced Revenue number to see the closed-won deals. Each deal shows:

  • Deal name
  • Company name
  • Deal amount
  • Deal stage
  • Created and close dates

Warm accounts per campaign

Each row shows a warm accounts pill: companies visiting from that campaign that aren't a deal in your CRM yet. Click the row to open the list, scoped to the period you are viewing. Companies are flagged New or Rising and the list exports to CSV. See Warm accounts for the full explanation.

If a campaign is missing

A campaign only appears here once its ads carry the utm_id parameter, which is what tells Fibbler which campaign a visit belongs to. If a campaign is missing or its visits are showing up unattributed, check the URL parameters on its ads. See Add the required URL parameters.

Meta Ads attribution gets more reliable as visit history builds up. Give it at least 30 days, and expect pipeline and revenue figures to fill in as deals are created and closed.

CSV export

Export the current view as a CSV. The export includes the campaign name, ad spend, impressions, clicks, companies identified, CPC, engagements, pipeline, pipeline efficiency, revenue, and ROAS.
