Deals Not Appearing

If deals from your CRM aren't showing up in Fibbler, start with the CRM configuration and then check domain matching.

Check your CRM configuration

After connecting your CRM, you need to configure a few settings before Fibbler can pull in deals. Go to Data Sources, click on your CRM, and make sure you have selected:

  • Pipeline: Which pipeline Fibbler should use to track deals
  • Closed Won stages: Which deal stages represent Closed Won
  • Closed Lost stages: Which deal stages represent Closed Lost

If any of these are empty, Fibbler cannot identify or categorize your deals. This is the most common reason deals don't appear.

You can select multiple stages for both Closed Won and Closed Lost if your pipeline uses more than one stage for each.

Domain matching

If your CRM configuration looks correct, the issue is most likely on the CRM side. To match a deal, Fibbler requires two things:

  1. The deal has a created date (Fibbler fetches deals based on when they were created)
  2. The deal has an associated company with a domain attached to it

The root domain in your CRM needs to match the one you can see on the company in Fibbler. To verify:

  1. Find the deal in your CRM and check which company it's associated with
  2. Check the domain/website field on that company
  3. Search for that same company in Fibbler and compare the domain shown there

If the domains don't match, or if the deal has no associated company, Fibbler cannot connect the deal to LinkedIn engagement data.

Still not working?

Email support@fibbler.co with the deal name and the associated company domain so we can look into it.
